I am not sure what you mean about the eyes. If you open the textures you will see they all differ. Commanders have Blue, Light blue and green. The Petty have varried colors. You may want to check your monitor color settings. Mind you, most officers had the typical Aryian coloring.
I have toned the reddness down from V3, but your concern drives me to offer an alternative face pack with no red eyes, which I will include in V5. I think I gave them a tired look so I don't feel alone
