Looks like it's a (very good) render which has been shooped into a sea background. Got to admit it's a very nicely done shoop and render.

Personally, I have a weakness for the Slava class cruiser, damn it has a lot of SSM launchers

But yeah, the Sovremenny class...had that thing stalking me quite a few times in my 688i, ping.....ping....ping...

Then it launches its Helix... PING PING PING Torpedo in the water bearing 271
