I have a few Vessels I would like to make available to use in the campaign of SH4 v1.4, how do I do it?

I have the following vessels(not including stock boats):

USS Montana
SSBN/SSGN
USS Cleveland

I would like to be able to select any one of the vessels for use within the campaign.
