While submarines are probably the most important offensive unit, silos can still be very effective for massing missile attacks. TF launched all his remaining nukes at me, but only about half of those survived and even less managed to launch before I took them out, so it was pretty easy to defend against (Even if I wasn't Europe, though some of the missiles did manage to land). Also, way too many missiles went into my radars. I realize that radars are important for missile defenses, but really, how many nukes had to detonate in the Ukraine long after the radar there was gone?
