To me it looks like a mod conflict somewhere.
Still - are you sure you put both the files;
antilag.cfg and
d3d9.dll
in C:\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5 (where your sh5.exe is)?
Then -
What happens if you disable all mods an then enable only the;
Magnum_Opus_v0_0_1 ?
1. Did you patch the Magnum_Opus_v0_0_1 to Patch 2?
2. Have you done any changes in; the Magnum_Opus_v0_0_1\data\Scripts\Menu\UserOptions.p y?
3. If you did any changes - were they done in the mod's UserOptions.py or in the patch's UserOptions.py??
4. Before or after paching?
5. If you did in the mod's (not the patch's) UserOptions.py - did you use the OptionsMigrater.exe before patching?
Then enable the;
NewUIs_TDC_6_6_0_ByTheDarkWraith
1. Have you done any changes in; theNewUIs_TDC_6_6_0_ByTheDarkWraith\data\Scripts\M enu\UserOptions.py?
2. If you did - did you use the OptionsMigrater.exe to migrate the settings in theMagnum_Opus_v0_0_1\data\Scripts\Menu\UserOption s.py to theNewUIs_TDC_6_6_0_ByTheDarkWraith\data\Scripts\M enu\UserOptions.py?
Just asking because the last enabled UserOptions.py will overwrite the previously enabled and you'll lose all the settings you did in the previous one.
Lots of questions but I think they will get us to the solution.
