I asked my local games shop for this game. Guy said they returned entire shipment to distributor a long time ago due to high rate of returns and customers choice of different titles due to various reasons (DRM reviews forums etc). So i took a look at Internet for it.
Surprise is an understatement.

Now tell me what these gentleman at Ubisoft think doing something like that. Publisher price higher then free market price with 3 different price tags for same product at same shop?
Among normal people things like that have a name.
I have a strong feeling that unless Ubisoft changes it's policies we wont be hearing about them in a few years due to bankraupcy or a complete shift to minor publisher for consoles.
I can't even begin to imagine how developers must be feeling. They created the game, which is really not bad one with great graphics and a lot of innovation and creative thinking. Must be very interesting to play.
But thanks to publisher game got bashed by reviews, consumers voted negative with their wallets and sure thing publisher went to developers complaining about decisions publisher made. Must be a nightmare for development team.
