The UboatReflections_v2.0_cablefix came out after RUb1.45 went live (either that, or after RUb1.45 was in final testing).
Anyway, Sergbuto's fix won't get into the final version of RUb until the cables are all fixed, or (failing that) until all cable work is completed. Plus I have to incorporate Fubar's skins and configure the whole thing to work with changes already in RUb. All that will take a while, but this will form a major part of the final RUb version.
