don't no how but you need to check inside the Objects folder
and make sure the only files inside are Turm9c_2_hd and Turm9c_3_hd then it should be ok. I've also corrected the problem

I downloaded the skin yesterday. I checked the objects folder, and the only files there are the two you mentioned above. What file shouldn't be there? Is it inside one of the DATs?
