I was never in the services. But my cousin fought in Vietnam under the New Zealand Army, the Charlies use to call the NZ soldiers Ghosts, Cos they use to blend in with the jungle and pop up out of nowhere when ambushing.
Would spend hrs with him listening to his stories on the war.
