well, you have already done one the best things you could: posted here.
This is related to TDW mod for the map contacts. In stock game most of the contacts reported with exact (i.e. 10kn) speed. The mod tries to make it more realistic by changing it to "Medium", etc...
I have seen the same error couple times myself, but disregarded it in the past.
