Which means there will be no traffic anywhere other than in the Black Sea.
Disable it and start your career again.
And to dock, after you have hit ESC, which pauses the game, you should see an option somewhere that says 'Dock at wherever' (eg. Kiel, Brest etc).

hey thanks for getting back to me, I will disable the Black Sea Campaign and will let you know about my progress, after I go to start my new career again, I just hope that I don't lose my saves again
I won't be using that screenshot program again I know that much lol.
