He will still be locked up for life just in a mental ward instead of a prison. No execution either
But I do believe he is mentally screwed up. He has a history going back to over a year with documented problems at his school and by acquaintance testimony. He started talking allot of nonsensical gibberish about money and government long before the shooting.
I still think they should fry him mental or not, but again just because he's a nutter doesn't mean he deserves sympathy. Put him out and move on.
