Absolutely agree.
This idiot was flying very low over both grass and concrete. Any thermal differential crossing those areas and he could have buried it.
3 feet is not a good margin of error, especially when it involves maintaining terrain separation.
There are old pilots and there are bold pilots. And then there are irresponsible pilots like this.
