Corporal punishment was illeal when I went to high school (5 years ago) and still I had my shares of slaps and ear pulling. Never reported, didn't felt the need and my moher would slap me 10 times that if I complained. She always says, if he deserved it he deserves another one so he remembers it, if he dind't deserve it, well, he got it for something before
