when the battery isn't kicked it it may vary usually between 220 - 230V



^the voltage around the time the PC froze and refused to boot up properly for a while (no beep & No signal on the monitor).

still it doesn't explain why my PC decided to shut off and 3 seconds later to turn on again on itself when just beeing in the menu of a game and once while just launching it...the voltage at that time was 222V - 228V
