OK, for the last two nights at home I've had issues with t'interweb connectivity. Last night I could see the router, but no web, tonight I can see no router, then I can but no web, then I can't... repeat ad nauseum!
On one of the occasions I could see both the router and the web

so I downloaded BT's Broadband Desktop Help (BT being my
ISP), commonly used for finding/fixing help with broadband issues...
Is it just me
