Imageshack is the best imho because you don't have to be registered nor do you have to store the images on their server for them to be viewable.

I used to use Photobucket until my staorage space headed toward the maximum allowable, as I was deleting files to make space I noticed theyu were also disappearing from wherever I'd posted them.
