My friend - no need to apologize - you help and opinion is greatly appreciated.
After exhausting every option that could come to my exhausted mind I've decided MANUALLY install UI by replacing every file in every folder needed.
Yeap.. it took me about two hours
but I did it and guess what - you are absolutely correct - JSGME is not installing some parts of this mod properly. It works just fine with everything else, but that "everything else" was just small mods.
Now I have TDC_New_UI_6_3_7 permanently embedded into my SH5 installation so I can't remove it even if I want to
.
But it works just fine and all I need - fix what's wrong with JSGME and just top it off with newer version.
So - I will follow your advise and hopefully it will take care of issue that cost me 20 hrs of my life....
