Canīt say whether Aram Victoria Curam has IRAI or not.
Keep in mind that your evasion manouvres start when you attack, i.e., attack and evasion tactics are the same thing.
I didnīt ask permission to Trevally or Stoianm but both are nice guys and I hope they wonīt mind me posting their tactics here.
Trevally Method - actually itīs an Auto Script which requires TDW UI v4.9 or late, of course you can emulate it manually and without the using of Bold.
Sneak Away 180 - This is for use after you have fired your torps at long range. It will help you escape before torps hit and escorts start looking. With min noise this will turn 180 deg from current heading and dive to 80m. By the time escorts start looking you will be on silent running at 1 knot. (you can then go deeper if your boat is undamaged)
Sneak Away - This is the same as the above but without the 180 deg turn. Good for short range.
Dont panic 1 (port) - Use this when DDs are raining death on you. This will drop noise maker, knuckle right 45 deg, rise 30m all at flank. Drop another noise maker and finally knuckle left ending with you -90 Deg from you original course and back to a silent 1knot with enough coasting speed for you to slip back down to original depth.
Dont panic 2 (starboard) - Use this when DDs are raining death on you. This will drop noise maker, knuckle left 45 deg, rise 30m all at flank. Drop another noise maker and finally knuckle left ending with you 90 Deg from you original course and back to a silent 1knot with enough coasting speed for you to slip back down to original depth.
Stoianm Method
First, use the Wasserbomben sound mod -sound made for rongel and reworked by stormifly; this sound is playing when a depth charge touch the water surface (and means bomb in the water).

Attack!
1 - Fire torpedos
2 - Crash dive to 80 mettters
3 - Change heading (the direction depend what you intend to do next - for ex want to leave the area)
4 - after torpedo hit go to silent running and change speed to 0.8 knots
Evasion - DDs spot you
1 - hear the sound wasserbomben played (they are on top of you)
2 - order ahead flank and change depth (go to 100 meters)
3 - heading 15 degree to port or staboard
4 - count 45 seconds and order sillent running - set new speed 0.8 knots
5 - order new heading 15 degree in the opposite direction ordered first time
6 - if they spot you again repet the steps (until near 200 meters than change until 80 meters and so on)
7 - play this mouse and cat game untill they finish depth charges or return to escort duties.

Jaguar Method
1 - Set IRAI difficult to something between 70/90 (depends on date)
2 - Pray and say this time is going to be different
3 - Get sunk anyway
4 - Bang the keyboard in desperation
5 - Start over again
