Itīs zipped as an "7z" File. For unzipped you need this program:

In my opinion the best program you can find. It can many more formats unzipped, I use this program for all package-formats !
Download you 7-zip and install. After that unzipped the file with 7-zip and put the MOD into MODS-Folder and enable via JSGME !
