My system is as follows..

Motherboard= ASUS P5P800
CPU= P4 3.0Ghz 800Mhz FSB
RAM= 1024MB PC3200 DDR
GFX= Nvidia 6600GT 128MB card
SOUND= Audigy 2ZS Gamers

I get around 130fps +/- 10-20fps while playing depending on what is going on.

I never drop below 60fps when in 3D view.

The only time I drop to lower framerates is when in map view at high time compression and a convoy or ships are nearby.
