I will gladly repost my list of questions I wanted to ask President Bush and now President Obama about the AF campaign

1. What is the objective or objectives?
2. How are we going to measure success or failure with respect to those objectives?
3. What is the decision point/exit criteria for success or failure?

Actually I would be happy just knowing number 1. We seem to have had some mission creep here.
