As low as they can. Blatter is re-running for president, and I have no doubt he'll win it. After all the evidence of corruption in the organisation, nothing has really changed, and he will be re-elected by pampering some officials.
Just yesterday, the Dutch football association said they were going to vote for Blatter. Even though the public here doesn't take the guy seriously anymore. Every single sports program or magazine has turned against him for a couple of years now, but the Dutch FA still support him
