He refer at the Dynamic Environment SH5 Shallow Waters V2.0 - inside the mod is that ''pixel'' made by TDW... when you are around shallow waters you will notice awsome views of the sea bottom... i like it a lot... i was trying to do that manny days but from filters and colors i just did something like this only from an angle close to 90 degree... TDW found the solution in few minutes
