Use periscope -> Sehrohr (verwenden)
Lower whole OBS-scope -> Luftzielsehrohr vollständig einfahren
Rise whole OBS-scope -> Luftzielsehrohr vollständig ausfahren
Lower whole ATK-scope -> Angriffssehrohr vollständig einfahren
Rise whole ATK-scope -> Angriffssehrohr vollständig ausfahren
Radio Message -> Funktelegramm

I have to think about "Heading to view" and "view to heading" but the translation should be ok as it is.
Some Commands have "(verwenden)" attached. You can leave it out. If you don't leave it out delete the parantheses, e.g. "use UZO" -> "UZO verwenden".
