Default Unknown sub in Swedish archipelago?

This photo was snapped by a woman living on the shores of Baggefjärden in the Stockholm archipelago: http://bit.ly/k6Nx6x. The Swedish Navy is investigating and taking the incident very seriously since there was no Swedish submarine in the area at the time. She saw the steely looking object move south east at a constant speed of a couple of knots until it disappeared out of view.

However, I highly doubt this actually is a sub. From what I've seen on the charts, the deepest entrance to Baggefjärden is about 15-20 meters. Interesting photo though, and I get a sense of nostalgia thinking back to the 80's and all the expensive weaponry the Swedish navy wasted chasing shadows and supposed foreign submarines in Swedish territorial waters.
