No "depth under keel" is a sign that patch 1.2 is not installed.
When you load the game the version (patch) number will show in the top left corner of the main menu. Check that is 1.2
If not run the updater from the support file.
Also check that the mods that are not working are unpacked correctly.
To do this look inside the folder and there must be a "data" folder.
