I finally released the first version of the mod (actually version 1.017). The first post of this thread has been updated with links and information.
I also updated the pictures in the first post. Nothing major but they do show a few small changes, plus some improved info on the help screens.
If anybody is interested in trying the mod I'll be glad for any and all feed back. Boy I hope I don't regret that statement.
