I have all those ships and extra U-boats in my version of Sh5 they show up in the museum, and i didnt buy the "gold" edition either
..
But i got the limited edition tin case one, came with a shipping lanes fold-out map, the original soundtrack CD, and a hardbook 'official guide' oh yeah and the manual..
