O.k. call me dumb but I finally figured out that the artwork, pictures, etc. that are affected by your program are
no place on the submarines themselves but on the Captain's
desk in the office - where the map, the submarine model, the medals, etc. - when you start a campaign [as opposed to a War Patrol or a Single Mission].
Now all we need is a program to change the artwork in the subs themselves - the picture in the conning tower.
