I ran Sound Systems for many Bands over the years.
If it is not a channel problem
(You'll know by switching the speakers from left to right)
It's a bad speaker.
They heat up a bit and can cause all kinds of weirdness.
If the switch still shows bad on the right side?
It's internal to the system.
