Yeah but the birthers are the ones who were screaming for the document. It's not like he just out of the blue said "oh here's my birth certificate, now everyone opposed to my economic policies go out and vote for me!" I know I'm being a bit pedantic and editorial cartoons are usually very forced and stupid 99% of the time, but this one just struck me as very "out there." Ah well. Putting too much thought into this.
