at least Stormy`s DBSM`s SH.sdl got overwritten from FX update, so i would recommend installing SDBSM after FX update (SDBSM is compatible to TDW FX update).
you may also check if SDBSM interrior sounds got overwritten by Enviroment sound mod or check what you would miss then.
...or wait till Stoianm drop in and complain about the correct order of soup ingredients...
