I also get the "graphics driver no good". Does not seem to matter for me.
I don't know your card so sorry cant tell if it will work or not.
If it is the patch 1.2 you are looking for, you need to run GU from SH5 folder - C:\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5\Support\GameUpdater\GU.exe
This will auto patch you game
