lol, that list pretty much resembles my mod list (minus FM Interior; my old pc can't run it)
And I don't use MEP v3 anymore; I saw Frau Kaleun explaining here how to make your own mutant-environment mod that has the best qualities from MEP, Thomsen water and some others combined. Now I cant go without it.
You might wanna try out Rbs1_SH4Effects_GWX3 though. It adds explosions and smoke that look just like sh4. Really cool.
