That has got to be an issue with your specific systems set up my man other wise there would be a lot of other members having the same issue and there are not.

Also the announcements telling you about past occurrences such as torpedo launch calls and sounds or shallow waters warnings those occur to almost everyone and are not an issue at all its just a quirk with the game.I have been playing SH4 and mods for some time and those have always happened.If a person saved in the middle of battle then that is their mistake even if you have done it before that does not mean that it wont nerf things up later saving at the wrong times is a user error in my opinion.

If I knew more about the nitty gritty of PCs I'd help you out but I dont. So I'd say go to the page that tells you how to install mods (even if you have done it before) re-download all the mods you want to use (just in case something is wrong with the ones you have) re-install SH4 as well and get rid of all of your old saves if you have not.

Also where is your SH4 file?Dont use the default one do a custom install and make a folder for SH4 in your drive mine is: Computer/Local Disk/Games the Games folder I made up just for SH4 but you could use any name do this before you do the custom install as you will need to pick the folder you created for SH4.Dont know if you know this already or not just giving you some things to try.

P.S. the more mods you install the more likely you are going to have an issue as well and that number can vary from PC to PC mod to mod.
