Version V.11 Release
Version 4.11 is mostly a bug fix.
Fixed Incorrect images appearing in the Recon Manual.
Fixed Minute hand of stopwatch.
Fixed placement of draggable maps in Navigation Map.
Removed Alternative Ship Recon Images (Not really happy with them - black ones are nicer)
