Let me give you some advice on how I asked The Frau out for a first date.
You have to appeal to the woman's desire for safety and security. After you talk a bit and you can get her to some private place, stand behind her and put your arms around her waist snugly but not too tight. Hold her close and whisper gently but with manful confidence in to her ear
"Don't scream or I will kill you."
Works like a charm every time.
Of course, as I previously posted, it does make your second date a little more interesting.
