That was actually the first of the books I read and what got me hooked.
The Hobbit was probably my least favorite of the major works... but I expect the movie will be superb if Jackson can work the same old
LOTR magic.
Also, it has a dragon in it. I hope it's not just a knock-off of those things the Nazgūl rode, but something unique and really cool.
