me personally,,i don,t like having the ships show up on the nav map so i know where they are..i like hunting them like in real life..Stoianm,s vids taught me a lot about using real navigation..
getting to actually find a ship without help is as fun as blasting them!(I,m not too good at hitting them with torps yet)
