its easy to do (but not really working for me)
go to your sh3/data/cfg folder, but NOT the main sh3 folder, i mean the one in "your files"

"C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\CombatMedic\Eigene Dateien\SH3\data\cfg"

know what i mean? then open the main.cfg and search this (its at the beginning)

[TIME COMPRESSION]
TimeStop=0
RealTime=1
LandProximity=512
CriticalDamage=1
CrewEfficiency=1
AirEnemyDetected=1
SoundEffects=8
CharacterAnim=64
EnemyDetected=64
RadioReport=1
Particles=64
PrayState=64
HunterState=64
3DRender=2048 <- this is the line you have to change. change it like me and you can stand on the bridge at highest TC, very...impressive

Maximum=2048
