yes, its a shame that some ppl are doing so great mods by also being as much as possible ignorant regarding those casual housewife settings
...just open the regarding mod folders, open \data\cfg\lights.cfg with notepad and edit:
[InteractiveObjectsHighlight]
Spread=0
Blend=0
...save it, disable and reenable the mod and youre done
it may be that you also want to delete some other files (climat zones) to prevent against ctd`s, but learn your lesson and read the forum
