Not when it's on my building. The whole of city 19 belongs to everyone, but the trees where planted on the markings I had used for the citadel. Everything on and inside of those markings has been claimed as exclusively mine. Just like the trees on Krauts hill where exclusively his.
Waga, I thought you were using the bottom of the mine as a Tree farm, what happened to that?
