Yes, the crime rate in City 19 is already picking up.
It looked nice until I burnt it down.

Current Projects for City 19:
- Finish filling in water.
- Finish the wall
- dig a 10 gap between wall, and any nearby terrain(on the outside) To eliminate mobs from getting over
- Run sewer throughout city
- Finish oberon's chime(I think I have enough redstone to do so)
- Illuminate city
- Start the road-Will have names.
