I have applied this mod using JSGME v 2.6.0.157. I have used the mod that is NOT for fistful of emblems as I don't have that installed or Open Horizons.

It doesn't work for me as when I run out of money I can no longer buy any more upgrades or torpedoes.

I was in base in-between missions when I installed it.
