I have to rectify this, so hopefully this missunderstanding is cleared!
I first asked TDW if it would possible to integrate the UI I made, or make a new one for his mod, to control the new SpeechRecSettings.
He said, that you didn't want to have SpeechRecognition integrated and I should ask you first!
I did and came back here to ask for help for my UI version for the stockgame (forgot to mention stock)

So I think it's better to try to improve on that, than doing it from scratch. Plus, I think these settings belong there (in the audio page), instead of in the hud.
