It's a pity there's not a general "Ignore" button for the Forums at large, that the Admins could use to add someone to the ignore list of everyone except the offending party. That way said offender would just post and post and post and 1) they would never get any attention because no one else could see their posts, and 2) they would never derail a thread because no one would ever reply to anything they said.
