Like Keelbuster, I'm seeing a constant amount of x-axis offset as well, but no TC use is involved. I can stand off maybe 1000m, both u-boat and target dead stopped, and I'll see round after round hit an equal distance to one side of the crosshairs (except for the odd flyer every few shots that will zoom way over the target even though I'm still dialed in dead on with the range setting) - IIRC, it always hits to the left of the center crosshairs, but it's been a while since I was able to use my deck gun so I'm not positive about that.
I suspect some sort of parallax type issue with the zoom effect, because IIRC it tends to happen more often or only when zoomed in close, not when zoomed out.
