It will depend on your CCC and Silent Hunter 4 settings.
Try these as close as you can:
AA 16x box
AF 16x
A.I. standard
MM HQ
V-sync on
AA Mode MSAA
In
documents\SH4\data\cfg\ open file
GFXSettings.cfg and use these lines:

- save file, boot up Silent Hunter 4, run in external view for some 10 to 15 minutes and then return to CCC for a temp. reading.
That usually brings the GPU to a boiling point...
