I am sure that you are aware of how I created the sunlight reflection on the water. Just in case you do not know, I simply added the white squiggly line to the bottom left box.

So perhaps adding the same squiggly line to the top left box will do the same for moonlight reflections? There might be some other ramifications to doing this (reflections when there is no moon, etc.), but could you try it and see what happens? Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't...

I would do it myself, but I have temporarily uninstalled SH3... Computer problems, if you will.....
